Drivers are required to purchase a subscription plan to receive rides through the platform. Only subscribed drivers are eligible to accept ride requests.
Subscription fees once paid are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Drivers must behave professionally, maintain cleanliness, and ensure the safety of passengers. Misconduct may lead to suspension or permanent ban.
Earnings will be credited directly to the registered bank account after applicable deductions and settlement timelines.
VaahanSathi reserves the right to suspend or terminate a driver’s account for violation of terms, fraud, or misconduct.
VaahanSathi is a technology platform connecting drivers and riders. The company is not responsible for accidents, damages, or disputes between riders and drivers.
